CHRISTMAS RETURN POLICY
On top of our standard 28 day no quibble refund/exchange policy we are happy to offer our customers an extended exchange timeline for items purchased as gifts during the Christmas holiday period. Exchange/Credit requests will be extended until Sunday 8th January 2017 for order placed after 20th November 2016.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be able to buy with confidence from us. So if you buy something and you're not totally happy with it, for whatever reason*, we will be happy to exchange or refund you (minus original delivery costs), providing you process your return request HERE within 28 days of placing your order and the item is returned to us unused and in the same condition it was sent to you with all tags/labels and packaging (if appropriate) attached. Simple!
U.K RETURNS & EXCHANGES ARE NOW FREE*
We are so happy to now offer our U.K customers a free tracked return service and free exchange shipping. Once your return request is approved you will receive an e-mail with your returns authorisation number and a link to process & download your free returns label. Exchanged items will also be sent out free. We operate a fair use policy on this service and therefore the free return and exchange offer is limited to one free exchange/return per order (can be for multiple items). Return shipping costs for subsequent return/exchange requests from the same order will be the responsibility of the customer.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Currently we do not offer exchanges for International orders but will process a refund for items returned (minus original delivery charges). For those customers looking to replace an item you will need to place a new order for that item separately. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer however for customers who paid for their order using Paypal may be able to recover up to £15.00 of any return shipping costs to us for those who have activated this feature in their Paypal account. HAVE SOMETHING YOU WANT TO RETURN/EXCHANGE?
We have a funky returns system in place for you to manage all of your returns/exchanges and keep track of their progress easily.
Once you have processed the return your request will be sent to our customer service team for approval. Approval is usually very quick but please allow up to 24hrs for this process to complete. Requests made over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed during the next working day.
Once approval for your return has been made you will be issued with a returns Authorisation number (RMA) and U.K customers will be supplied a link to download their FREE tracked returns label.
Once we have received your return/exchange/refund we aim to process this within 48 hrs of receipt.

All products from YOGA REBEL are brand new and guaranteed to be in working order when you receive them. If not we will replace the item (where possible) or offer you a full refund including postage and packing, providing the item is returned to us within 30 days of receiving it.
*IMPORTANT NOTE ON YOGA MAT / TOWEL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please note that we cannot accept back any mat/towel where the wrapping/seal around it has been removed or damaged. Please do not unpack/unroll a mat/towel to look at it if you are unsure whether you want to keep the product, as due to hygienic reasons we will not be able to exchange or refund you in these circumstances. Colour, dimensions, thickness and weight of all mats/towels are displayed on our site and we are happy to give you advice by e-mail or telephone on the best mat / towel for you before purchase. Obviously when the mat / towel remains in its packaging we will happily exchange/refund you following the terms of our standard return policy (above)
