Sorry not at this time. YOGA REBEL is currently 100% online. I'm a qualified yoga teacher. Do you offer a yoga teacher discount?

Unfortunately we don't currently offer a teacher discount. The main reason for this is that currently we don't manufacture our own clothing or yoga products. This means our profit margins are far smaller and therefore the option to offer a blanket discount isn't a viable one. However we work extremely hard to keep all our prices as low as possible and strive to offer you a hassle free shopping experience backed up by great customer support. Those that follow us on facebook/twitter do get the occasional flash discount deal so it's worth following us here to hear about these! We also offer a great loyalty reward scheme that rewards repeat purchases and sharing with friends with discount vouchers so this is a great way to save.

Do we offer our products wholesale?

No we do not currently offer our products on a wholesale basis.

When I click on certain items it says this item is already sold out!

As a responsible retailer we don't sell what we don't actually have in stock. Obviously we try to maintain stock levels so that products are always available for you to purchase, but sometimes there can be a rush of demand on certain things (usually out of the blue!) and we run out. Usually we'll have the item back in stock within a few days but if you want to check on any items availability or when they'll be available to purchase again then just give us a call on 0330 11 33 400. We've also introduced a cool new feature on our website which will send you an e-mail as soon as an item becomes available again. Just look out for the little green 'tab' that says "NOTIFY ME when available" Just fill in the details and as soon as we add the item back into stock you'll get a message to say so! Cool!

Will I get all my items at the same time?

Absolutely! We're not like some yoga retailers who don't hold all of their own stock (called 'Drop-shipping') which means you might end up with different deliveries for every item you order. Our store isn't a 'fake' shop. What we advertise, we hold in stock in ourselves, ready for dispatch. 

I've seen an item on the brands website that you don't have. Can I order this from you?

Let us know and we'll try our best to get it for you! We can't stock every item that our brands produce but we do try to stock all the lines we think our customers want. If you see something and we don't already stock it, just give us a call or drop us an e-mail with your contact details on along with details of the item you've seen and we can see if we can order it in for you.

I've seen you accept Paypal, do I need to have a Paypal account to shop with you?

No, you don't need a Paypal Account, although you can choose to pay this way if you want. We accept all major credit and debit cards via our website and on telephone orders too.

I'm unsure on what you'll charge me for sending me my items.

We have a shipping calculator at checkout that will let you know all the shipping options available to you and there prices based on your shopping cart and shipping destination before you complete checkout.

Will I have to pay any additional fees/duties/taxes on my order?

For customers who are based outside of the European Union there may be import duty or local taxes charged by your customs authority. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary by country. For any queries you may have, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for clarification.

When will I get my items?

This will obviously depend on the shipping method you choose during checkout. As a rough guide you should expect NEXT DAY deliveries within 1-2 working days, Economy deliveries within 5 working days . We do all we can to speed up the delivery process for you regardless of the shipping option you choose. Most orders received before 3pm (Mon-Fri) will be sent out the same day

What if I want my item tomorrow?

We can arrange NEXT WORKING DAY delivery on ALL orders placed BEFORE 3pm Mon-Fri You must place your order BEFORE 3pm and then select the PRIORITY NEXT DAY shipping option at checkout. Please note that although almost all next day deliveries are delivered the next day this is not a guaranteed next day service.

Who do you use for sending me my items

We use a combination of Royal Mail and DHL for most shipments.

My promo/discount code doesn't work?

Please note that discount code's offer discounts off all our products with the exception of YOGA REBEL® gift vouchers and SALE items. If you're trying to use it against one of these then it won't work! Please also check that you are putting the code in the right box! There is a box for discount codes and there is a another for gift vouchers. If you put the wrong code in the wrong box it wont work. Apart from that please check the expiry date of your discount code. If that doesn't solve the issue then please contact us!
