Please note that shipping options are estimated delivery timelines and are not guaranteed. Both options are sent via Royal Mail. Most deliveries for either shipping option arrive on or before the estimates advised but from time to time and from matters outside our control they may take longer.

We offer a variety of shipping options to almost every country on the globe. We have now teamed up with DHL to offer our customers super fast and secure delivery options to almost anywhere!

We can now offer NEXT WORKING DAY shipping options to all European destinations, 2 day shipping to the U.S and Asia and even a 3 day shipping option to Australia. No need to wait to get your orders! Alternatively if you don't mind waiting we also offer International Airmail options for orders up to 1KG in weight.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL International orders go out fully tracked and signed for so it is important that someone is available to sign for the items when they are delivered. Full tracking information will be provided to you when you receive your dispatch confirmation. *Next working day service is next working day on orders placed BEFORE 2pm Mon-Fri. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on the following working weekday (usually Monday). This service is not a guaranteed timed service although currently over 99% of next working day deliveries arrive with our customers the next working day.  Transit times quoted are in working days and these along with the prices are based on deliveries to major cities. Please note that deliveries to remote areas outside major cities may incur an additional charge. Should your delivery be liable for this a member of our customer service team will contact you.

IMPORT DUTY/TAXES

Please note that there may be import duty or local taxes charged for deliveries made outside of the European Union. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary by country. For any queries you may have, we recommend that you contact your local customs office.

FAILED DELIVERY / LOST ITEMS?

It is very important that you supply us with the correct address and postcode! YOGA REBEL unfortunately cannot be held responsible for lost items due to incorrect/incomplete delivery addresses being supplied. What you enter at checkout is what goes on the label so please be careful! Please check your order confirmation e-mail and contact us immediately if you notice any errors or missing information. Unfortunately once the item is dispatched we will be unable to make any changes.
If you are having your order delivered to a work address the business name must be supplied and we would ONLY recommend you use a tracked delivery option (i.e NEXT WORKING DAY) as Yoga Rebel will not accept any claims for lost items where a non tracked shipping method it chosen. 
If your items are delivered by courier it is important to note that they will only attempt to deliver your items a MAXIMUM of 2 times. If they are unable to deliver your items after 2 attempts your items will then be returned back to us. Unfortunately you will then have to pay £6.95 to cover the cost of having the item re-delivered to you and is the cost we are charged by the courier company. Alternatively (when your item is returned to us) we can cancel your order and refund you for the order minus the original delivery charge.
