Yoga Rebel is delighted to now offer our customers across the U.K a convenient Click & Collect service in conjunction with our partner HubBox. This service will allow you to pick up your goods when you want and at a location that's convenient for you. No more missed deliveries!
When you go to the checkout page you will see a new box appear giving you the option to ship normally or to go for the Click & Collect option.
If you wish to use the Click & Collect service just select this button and you will then be shown a selection of retailers linked to the geo location of your computer. To select a different location just enter the postcode and the retailers close to this will be shown. Then just select the retailer that's the most convenient for you and continue. You can then select the best delivery option as usual (Next Working Day, Standard Shipping etc) The delivery address will then be updated to this location and a unique code added to identify the item to you to collect when it arrives.
Once you have completed checkout you will receive the order confirmation from us as normal. HubBox will also then send you a confirmation along with details of what happens next and you'll receive another message when your item arrives in the store and is available to collect.

How much does Click & Collect cost?
There is no additional charge to use the Click & Collect service on and above the normal delivery charge based on the service you select.
How do I select to have my order delivered to a HubBox Collect Point?
When placing your order you will be able to choose HubBox as a delivery option in the cart by choosing Store Pickup/Click & Collect, typing in your postcode, and selecting your local Collect Point. Your delivery address will be automatically updated.
How many HubBox Collect Points are there?
HubBox has 1000+ locations based at premium dry cleaners, pharmacies and convenience stores across the UK.
Where is my nearest HubBox Collect Point?
During checkout, when you choose Store Pickup/Click & Collect as your delivery method, you will also be able to select your nearest Collect Point after typing in your postcode.
When are HubBox Collect Points open?
HubBox stores are typically open early ‘til late, 6 or 7 days a week. The opening times for your local store will be shown as you choose your preferred Collect Point when placing your order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive at my chosen HubBox Collect Point?
This depends on which shipping option you chose at checkout. Parcels are delivered to HubBox Collect Points Monday to Saturday. Unfortunately a specific time for arrival cannot be given. Once you have successfully placed and paid for your order, your item(s) will be processed and shipped to your chosen Collect Point. You will receive confirmation from HubBox via email when your parcel is available for collection. This will include your unique Collection Code.
What do I need to take when I collect my parcel?
Please take your HubBox Collection Code or proof of ID with you when you go to the HubBox Collect Point to collect your parcel.
When making a collection, what ID is accepted?
HubBox Collect Points accept the following forms of ID: Driving licence or Passport
What should I do if I lose my collection code from HubBox?
If you have lost the Collection Code sent to you by HubBox via email, you can still collect your parcel with one of the forms of ID listed above. If you require a new Collection Code from HubBox, please contact them directly and they will send you a new one.
What should I do if I don’t receive my Collection Code from HubBox?
If you believe your parcel has arrived, or should have arrived, but you have not received an e-mail with your collection code, please contact HubBox and their customer service team will look into it right away. Click HERE

Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?
Yes, it is possible for someone to collect your parcel on your behalf, but they must have your proof of ID or your Collection Code.
How long will I have to collect my parcel?
You have 14 days to collect your parcel. After 14 days, we reserve the right to arrange for alternative storage arrangements or return the parcel to sender.
What should I do if my parcel isn't available when I arrive at the HubBox Collect Point?
Please contact us and we will look into it.
What should I do if I don’t want my order anymore?
Currently you cannot return an item to us via the HubBox collection point. If you wish to return your item, please return your items in the normal way by requesting a RA number HERE. Once approved you will be sent a link which will give you access to download a FREE tracked Royal Mail returns label. Items are then returned by taking the return to the post office.
