Hi, My name is a Naomi and I am a busy mum of 2 (Ella aged 13 and Charlie aged 7), entrepreneur, a health & food coach and the creator of the I AM Superblends that are proudly featured here, on Yoga Rebel. I am a keen yogi, but also love pilates, boxing, hiking, reading, studying and cooking… life is busy!
I have been practicing yoga for over 8 years now and depending on where I have been in my personal life and journey has very much reflected the type of yoga I have been drawn too. These days time is limited as I jump from being a mum to busy entrepreneur. My yoga practice has shrunk to 90 minute intensive classes to shorter and more connected practices, my current goal is to just show up on my mat for at least 15 minutes every morning at 6am and just allow what needs to flow just go ahead and flow!
Over the coming months I will be sharing with you my tips of how my blends work and take effect in my everyday life including my favourite recipes and tips.

Yogi Clean and Green!
1 cup filter water
1 small ripe banana
Juice of half a lemon
1 cup of chopped pineapple
1 generous handful of spinach
10g (1 tbs) I AM Cleansed
4 ice cubes
Add all the ingredients to your blender and whizz on high speed until smooth. Pour and drink with a gorgeous big smile while repeating the mantra “I AM Cleansed”
Naomi's tip: You can also use frozen bananas, pineapple or spinach if you don't have fresh available.
