What a GREAT little video this is. We've not done too much meditiation but it's something we could probably all do with doing a lot more. This little video is perfect in showing you don't need so be sat for hours to experience the benefit of taking a moment to yourself. Just a moment or a minute will do! Best watched alone so you can take part straight away! Enjoy x
